We do not currently offer international shipping, as our focus is on providing the best possible service and most reliable delivery times to our domestic customers. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items, we partner with a network of trusted and reputable UK-based courier services. The choice of courier depends on the size and nature of your order.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight and dimensions of your package, as well as the delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. This option is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders and uses our trusted courier (Royal Mail or Fedex) services to ensure reliable delivery within the estimated timeframes outlined below. Note that free shipping is subject to availability and may not apply during certain promotional periods or for oversized items.
From time to time, we may offer additional special promotions that include free shipping, and these will be prominently featured on our website.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery time for your order begins after it has been fully processed and dispatched from our warehouse. The estimated timeframe varies depending on the type of product you have purchased.
- Small to Medium Items: This category includes most of our rugs, mats, and wooden organizers. These items are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Large or Heavy Items: This includes our chest drawers and other substantial furniture pieces. Due to their size and weight, these items require specialized handling and delivery services. As such, the estimated delivery time is typically 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
While we work closely with our shipping partners to meet these estimates, please be aware that they are not guarantees. Factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, national holidays, or unforeseen courier delays, may impact delivery times. In the event of any significant delays, we will do our best to inform you promptly.
4. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is key to a positive customer experience. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your package in real-time. This allows you to know exactly where your order is and when you can expect it to arrive. For security purposes and to ensure your item is safely delivered to the correct person, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your parcel.
5. What to Do Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that you take a moment to inspect your package upon arrival. Before you sign for the delivery, check the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you notice any issues, please do the following:
- Note the Damage: If the packaging is damaged, make a note of it with the delivery driver.
- Take Photos: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself.
- Contact Us Immediately: Email our support team at contact@beachfee.com as soon as possible, with your order number and the photos of the damage.
Following these steps will help us resolve the issue with our courier and arrange for a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a return and dispatch of the correct product at our expense.
6. Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery. Please be aware that an additional shipping fee may be charged to cover the cost of the second delivery, unless the order qualifies for free shipping. If a customer refuses to accept a delivery for any reason other than product damage, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will process a refund for the product value, but the original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
